EA CloudPOS is software. If you already have compatible retail hardware, we can help you determine whether it is suitable for your deployment. If you need new equipment, Early Access can also supply, configure and install a suitable hardware environment. Software and hardware are priced separately.

Hardware questions
Do we have to buy hardware from you?
No. EA CloudPOS software and hardware are separate.
You may use compatible hardware you already own, procure compatible equipment yourself, or ask Early Access to supply and configure equipment.
Is hardware included in the ₦650,000 price?
No. The ₦650,000 first-year price covers the single-location EA CloudPOS software deployment, initial Business Setup & Onboarding, and Application Support & Maintenance. Hardware is separate.
Can you supply the hardware?
Yes. We can supply compatible POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners and other required equipment. Hardware is separately quoted because requirements and equipment costs vary.
