Application Support deals with EA CloudPOS itself. If something in the application is not working as intended, that's Application Support.
Business Support deals with how your business operates. If you want us to improve a process, retrain staff, review operations, advise management or solve an operational problem, that's Business Support.
Application Support & Maintenance is included with your active plan. Business Support is separately billed.
Is Business Support compulsory?
No. Your EA CloudPOS software does not require a Business Support plan. Business Support is available when you want professional help improving how your business operates.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes. Scheduled on-site professional service within Port Harcourt is ₦50,000 for up to 3 hours, excluding transportation and logistics. Outside Port Harcourt, engagements are quoted according to location and requirements.
