Do we have to buy hardware from you?
No. EA CloudPOS software and hardware are separate.
You may use compatible hardware you already own, procure compatible equipment yourself, or ask Early Access to supply and configure equipment.
Is hardware included in the ₦650,000 price?
No. The ₦650,000 first-year price covers the single-location EA CloudPOS software deployment, initial Business Setup & Onboarding, and Application Support & Maintenance. Hardware is separate.
What happens after the first year?
A single-location EA CloudPOS deployment renews at ₦300,000 per year. Additional branches renew at ₦350,000 per branch per year.
The active renewal maintains software access and the applicable Application Support & Maintenance.
Can we start with one store?
Yes. Start with one location and add branches when required. You do not need to purchase a multi-branch deployment before you need one.
Will my staff learn the system?
Initial user onboarding is included in the first deployment. Additional training, retraining or ongoing staff adoption assistance can be purchased separately.
What's the difference between Application Support and Business Support?
Application Support deals with EA CloudPOS itself. If something in the application is not working as intended, that's Application Support.
Business Support deals with how your business operates. If you want us to improve a process, retrain staff, review operations, advise management or solve an operational problem, that's Business Support.
Application Support & Maintenance is included with your active plan. Business Support is separately billed.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes. Scheduled on-site professional service within Port Harcourt is ₦50,000 for up to 3 hours, excluding transportation and logistics. Outside Port Harcourt, engagements are quoted according to location and requirements.
Can you supply the hardware?
Yes. We can supply compatible POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners and other required equipment. Hardware is separately quoted because requirements and equipment costs vary.
Can EA CloudPOS handle multiple branches?
Yes. Additional branches can operate within the same business environment, giving management central visibility while each location maintains the appropriate branch-level operations and controls.
What if we need WhatsApp, SMS or loyalty?
These are optional add-ons where applicable. You don't have to pay for them unless your business needs them.
Is Business Support compulsory?
No. Your EA CloudPOS software does not require a Business Support plan. Business Support is available when you want professional help improving how your business operates.
